Santiago James Mateos Turner (B.Com, UNSW Business School) is a multilingual Australian entrepreneur passionate about leadership, communication and digital innovation in the Asia-Pacific region. He launched ThoughtBox Asia in 2019 after acquiring 10 years on-the-ground experience in China and Japan.
Since 2012, Santiago has delivered innovative web and digital marketing solutions in China and across Asia for clients such as Louis Vuitton, Swatch Group (Tissot, Rado, Omega, etc), Tourism Australia, Anantara Hotels, REA Group (News Corp) and 15+ leading research universities from the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Europe & Asia.
Previously, Santiago worked for several Japanese government bodies in global communication, public relations and research roles, with a focus on tourism and investment promotion, education and cultural exchange, and mining & resources procurement strategy.
